I am extremely proud to be one of the only two certified Fascia Stretch Specialist, level 3 (the FST gold standard) in Ottawa. I am honoured to serve the greater Ottawa and rural east community.
As a certified FST Specialist, I have committed my practice to helping clients who struggle with mobility and chronic treatment resistant pain.
I will never reinforce a narrative that you’re broken or in need of fixing. My work focuses on helping you rebuild trust in your own body and in supporting you on your healing journey. Our gentle table-based movement and stretches remind you that pain free movement is possible.
